The City of Comer invites you to join us for a joyful weekend full of holiday cheer and cherished traditions!

 Friday, December 5 | 6:30 PM | Downtown Comer
Kick off the season with our Tree Lighting Ceremony! Join us as we gather with friends and family to light the Christmas tree and enjoy the sounds of the season, performed by local musical groups.

Saturday, December 6 | A Tree-mendous Christmas Celebration
7:45 AM – Reindeer Run
Start your morning with a jolly jog! Join the Reindeer Run hosted by the Madison County Recreation Department at Arnold Park.
10:00 AM to 3:00 PM – Christmas Market
Shop local at our festive Vendor Market in J. Cliff Yarbrough Memorial Park—perfect for checking off your holiday gift list!
12:00 PM – Christmas Parade
Don’t miss our beloved Christmas Parade, filled with floats, music, and merriment for all ages.

Following the Parade – Free Photos with Santa
Head to the gazebo in Yarbrough Park where Santa will be waiting to hear your wishes and pose for free photos!

Come make memories and celebrate the season with us in Comer—where Christmas feels like home.

This is a rain-or-shine event in keeping with the tradition of the Comer Christmas Parade.
Activities will only be canceled if weather conditions pose a safety risk.
Any cancellations—including the parade or vendor market—will be announced on this page, shared on Facebook, and emailed to registered participants who have signed up as parade entrants or vendors.
