This venue is located on Main St/Hwy 22 traveling south, on the left just before the railroad tracks. Coming into Comer on Hwy 22 it is on the right.
The $150 rental fee reserves your date, and the security deposit is required when the key is picked up

The rental agreement can be emailed or submitted through our drop boxes at City Hall.
Rental comes with about 40 chairs and five 6' rectangular tables. This building does NOT have heat or AC, and the kitchen has a sink only.
**Rental of the barn does not include the park! Yarbrough Park cannot be reserved exclusively, and visitors are always welcome**
