Oscar Escalante has submitted an application for a zoning change of the property located at 540 Highway 72 East, Comer, GA 36029 from LI to R1. The property is designated as Parcel #CO04 008 on the Madison County Tax Digest.
A public hearing on this zoning change request will be held at 6:00 pm on Monday, April 28, 2025 at the Travel Museum located at 1984 Center Street, Comer, Georgia.
Oral and written comments on this zoning change are encouraged, and will be accepted by the Comer Mayor and Council during the Public Hearing.
